Harbinder Ghulldu MD - Medical Director

Dr. Ghulldu graduated in 1990 with his MD degree from Calcutta National University & Medical School. He completed his residency/internship in Internal Medicine at Saginaw Co-Op Hospital, Michigan State University in 1996. He was actively involved in their substance abuse program and has had a passion for addiction medicine. Dr. Ghulldu was the Medical Director at Gratiot Community Hospital in Alma, Michigan for Pine River Recovery Center working with their inpatient psychiatric center from 1996 - 2000, after which he relocated to Orlando, FL. In 2002 he realized the need for treating the substance abuse patient population in Central Florida and developed Central Florida Recovery Centers. In 2005 he became DATA 2000 certified allowing him to treat outpatient detox patients. He has been involved with the dual diagnosis patient in his Internal Medicine practice since working with various age groups.
Tony Shaw PhD, NCP, CAPP - Program Director
Dr. Shaw has been actively involved in mental health & substance abuse prevention since 1994 when he graduated with his Mental Health Counseling & Human Development degree. He went further graduating in 1998 with his Docterate in Clinical Psychology. He has furthered his education throughout the years with numerous titles/trainings related to mental health & substance abuse with his NCP & CAPP just to name a few. He has worked with the Department of Juvenile Justice, Orange County Government Youth & Family Services & the Juvenile Drug Court, as well as others. Dr. Shaw works with all age groups, but especially enjoys the adolescent population.
Wendy Packer LPN, CPM - Director of Operations
Ms. Packer has been an LPN since 1997 graduating from Montcalm Community College in Sydney, MI. She has since obtained her Certified Practice Management certification and has been the Direcor of Operations with Central Florida Recovery Centers since operations began in 2002. Ms. Packer assists Dr. Ghulldu as the intake nurse for all of his outpatient detox patients. She has enjoyed working and learning in the mental health & substance abuse field.
